We are based in London and make regular trips overseas so where possible we will meet you in person to discuss your requirements.
Silver Swan was founded by Philippa Orford. After completing a ski season in Meribel, Philippa spent 3 years working in recruitment in London. Following a further 2 successful years managing the HR for Consensio Holidays, she discovered a gap in the market for a tailored recruitment service for chalets, villas and yachts. The largest gap in the market seemed to be mid-season emergency recruitment, for those stressful times when a role needs re-filling at short notice. Silver Swan, having experienced these times first hand, ensures they always have a selection of experienced candidates who can help during these emergencies.
Silver Swan also understands that many companies don't have the time or resources to complete the administrative or logistical aspects involved in recruiting a new team member. We can take these tedious and time consuming duties off your hands. With a range of services available, within both recruitment and administrative support, you can select what you feel is important to ensure you are found the perfect staff member.
