One of our favourite London hideouts is the 'Duck and Waffle' located on the 40th Floor of the Heron Tower in London, the un rivalled views only compliment the food more, our favourite is the 'Foie Gras Breakfast' an alternative take on the first dish of the day incorporating their special homemade nutella spread, crispy bacon, foie gras and brioche toast - yummy!!!
Throughout our travels we were lucky enough to visit the new Folie Douce in Meribel/ Courchevel 1850 - a top choice for many of our guests, we had a sample menu and were blown away by the huge array of offerings - not to mention the live cabaret performance.
And finally one of our favourite cook tests, an array of flavours to wet anyone's appetite, beautifully presented and not a crumb left in sight, even better, the chef left the kitchen as he found it!! We love organised chef's here at Silver Swan.
