Top London hotels such at Berkeley, Connaught and Claridges have teamed up with Burberry to supply a trench coat for each guest if required. This isn't to keep - if you wanted to take it home you are looking at an additional £1, 000 (approx) . . . .surly if you had all this money you would at least own your own trench, or nip out and buy one if the British weather turned?
It seems that the luxury market are continuously looking for that 'little bit extra' to make them stand out from their competitors - if you were staying in a 5* hotel, villa or chalet, what would you want??
