New York's lobster sandwich . . .

Chef's . . . we need your opinion on the 'Lobster Sandwich' this seems to be taking New York by storm, infact not just the lobster - it seems New Yorkers are putting just about anything between two slabs of bread.

Personally - I think mixing bread with the freshest lobster is a total waste, to be honest, I am just not a sandwich fan.

The Lobster Sandwich has caused such a storm that Lobster is no longer only available in the swanky restaurants, it can be picked up from a fast food shop and even a truck . . . . although this leads me to believe how fresh the lobster is, but hey, this is New York and we all know how good street food is here in the UK. Brick Lane being one of my favourite destinations on a Sunday and Borough Market on a Saturday.
