Sample Menu in a 5* Chalet

Further to Silver Swan's interview yesterday with Holly McQueen, we thought we would share a sample menu of food in a 5* chalet. Below is the menu served in Chalet Grace in Zermatt in the Swiss Alps earlier this week.

Canapés;

To start: Wild Mushroom Salad

Second course: Waldorf Cappuccino

Main course: Roast Loin of Cod with roasted tomatoes, black olives and lemon risotto

Dessert: Strawberry & Mint sorbet with lavender and white chocolate shortbread

And to finish . . . . Cheese and home made mint and cinnamon chocolate
