Sushi making Video

Here is one of Silver Swan's chefs cooking up a storm in the kitchen - pretty impressive right?

The chef in this video has worked on yachts, luxury chalets and villas and been a private chef for private clients throughout the world. He has been a sous chef, head chef and private chef- want to find out more about his adventure on how he got here?
