Mixologist's

Silver Swan is constantly looking out for new employees, as we get new vacancies daily for all types of job positions we want to hear from you – are you looking for work?

Are you a cocktail master? Trained as a Mixologist? Working in a top end chalet or villa your skills will definitely come in handy to create those unforgettable moments.
Imagine setting up an ice bar and flaring in front of the mountains, being the main entertainment for a corporate group or the star at a celebrity studded event in St Tropez.

Do you have a favourite cocktail? Please send in your recipes and pictures and we will do our best to post them on the Silver Swan Blog and Facebook page.

Silver Swans favourite cocktail this month is the ‘Pistachio Moustachio’ created at the Myhotel in Brighton available in their ‘Merkaba’ bar, priced at £7.50 – 50p of each sale is donated to Movember!!

So what’s in it? Absolut vodka, coffee, condensed milk and pistachio ice cream – yummy!!!
